Description: Lana is a very beautiful young woman, with wavy, auburn hair and icy blue eyes that could win the heart of any man. She had a fire within those eyes; a fire of adventure and intelligence. She is well built from years of training, but also very fine boned and delicate. From her years in Ergoth she inherited a sort of airy attitude, but is still the mysterious, hyper young girl that she always was. With an optimistic outlook on life and a very fun loving nature, she makes friends easily.
Weapons: Lana carries a long sword that she came across during one of her many travels. It is simple in design, with only a rose on the pommel for decoration. Lana believes the sword may have once belonged to a knight of Solamnia, and she treasures it as she does her life itself. The only other weapon she carries on her person is a dagger in case of emergencies, which is worn in the belt at her hip.
History: Born in the port city of Tarsis, Lana spent most of her time out adventuring. Tarsis was a very busy city, and she often felt cooped up inside its small boundaries. After she turned 17, she left her home, leaving behind her mother, father, and three younger siblings. Being the eldest of the children, she considered herself too old to help out around the house and finally packed up her belongings and headed north.
Having never been outside of Tarsis she was immediately lost and miraculously found her way to Solamnia. She happened upon several other travelers who called themselves bounty hunters. Lana joined up with this group, which consisted of 3 burly men and another woman. There she learned to weild a sword and was trained in archery and stealth. She traveled with these bounty hunters for 2 years, and after having earned her share of wealth, heading south once more, where she came upon the dingy city of Flotsam. She spent another year in the city, spending her time carousing at the local tavern or finding work in the city.
After leaving Flotsam, and being the adventurer that she was, she decided to head to Ergoth, where she bought a stretch of property and gained large sums of money. There she spent the next three years of her life, and there she planned to stay, until her adventurous nature took her over once more, and she headed toward home. She planned to visit her mother, father, and younger siblings after years of adventuring and tell them of all of her wonderful stories before heading out for more adventure. Of course, she would then again return to Ergoth where she had become a wealthy mistress.
RP Sample: Lana walked along the dusty road, humming a soft melody that she had picked up during one of her travels. She could never quite remember where she learned the tune, or how she had remembered it for so long, but it stuck in her mind like bees to honey. If she listened closely to what she was humming, Lana thought she heard a trace of Qualinesti in it. But then again, she had never been to Qualinesti, so how on Krynn could she possibly know?
With light feet, she walked down the road, intending to take the next turn toward Solace. She had never before been to Solace, and had heard it was a wonderful tree city. It had sounded so beautiful that Lana had had the sudden urge to visit it immediately. It was on her way to Tarsis anyways, so she might as well take a look before heading off to visit her family.
With a smile on her face, she entered the city, after chatting with the local guards of course, and made her way toward the cities interior. It looked lovely; trees in abundance, children playing games, and women singing happy tunes. But guards tromped around ceaselessly, and Lana began to wonder why Solace needed so many guards, the peaceful town that it was.
Shrugging, Lana continued on her way and entered the local inn, hoping to find some adventure . . .
