Goldmoon crept silently through the forest, looking for any sign of a familiar landmark in this strange new land. "How could this be happening," she thought to herself as she leaned back against the sturdy trunk of an ash. "One minute I was in my village fearing for Riverwind's life, and the next we are transported into a strange wood that neither of us are familiar with." Goldmoon continued on, not entirely sure it was a good idea for her and Riverwind to split up. As she traveled east through the forest she thought she heard a strange noise ahead of her and, after a moment's hesitation, she decided to investigate.

((hes in elf boy form))
"I wonder what would happen if i put some of my blood in this growth potion" Tridok said to himself while getting his knife out of his pocket.Tridok pricked his finger then let It drip into the bottle. Then winced waiting for it to maby explode.
Slowly opening his eyes said"good it didn't explode that mean something happened". He took the bottle to a patch of long green grass. He put a drop of the potion oh one of the blades and stood back. In seconds it suddenly grew into a huge plant-dragon monster.
"ah crap!"Tridok exclaimed.Started to shift into his original form then sensed there was another presence.

Goldmoon started to creep towards a clearing directly ahead of her. When she heard a strange rustling sound she ducked behind the nearest tree. A she peered around the trunk the most hideous monster she had ever seen was rising out of the grass. Off to one side of a clearing stood a young elf boy, wearing the red robes of a mage. Goldmoon's first thought was that the creature might harm the young elf and without a thought for her own safety she ran out of her hiding place and threw herself in front of the mage, blocking him from the monster.

"Shoot , another person"then he knew this was not going to be easy with a human in the way. The plant-dragon looked in there way and opened his mouth.
Instead of the breath weapons of a regular dragon it shot barbs. Tridok pushed the women away from the barbs path. When he got shot by the barbs his shape shift instantly disappeared. Tridok opened his mouth ready do deal a blast of frost but then everything went spinning and he fell then found out to late: the barbs were poisoned.

Goldmoon looked up from the ground and drew in a sharp breath, where a young elven mage had been standing only a moment before was a creature straight out of a legend, it was a silver dragon! All of Goldmoon's muscles seemed to freeze immediately, she was completely overwhelmed by dragonfear! Then, all at once, the dragon fell just as the other creature in the clearing shot another deadly barb towards the dragon. Goldmoon snapped out of her paralyzing fear and without thinking she swung the staff she carried with her at the barb that was sailing towards the dragon.

Adonis was also traveling through the forest, on his way to incredibly important meeting somewhere nearby. Actually, he had forgotten which way was which in this confusing forest. One moment he was walking toward the sunset, and the next he was walking opposite. The wood seemed to be twisted him around in different directions. He had had a map . . . . but then . . .
A loud noise from his right caused the young man to jolt from his thoughts. He quickly ran through the underbrush, watching for any sign of trouble. What he saw amazed him. A huge dragon loomed above him, and a young barbarian woman stood near the dragon, batting at a, what seemed poisonous, barb with a strange staff. Adonis crouched down behind a bush, watching the goings on with an expression of both fear and awe. The dragon fear overwhelmed him, his legs trembled, and he nearly felt like fleeing, but somehow he remained where he was.

Goldmoon's staff struck the barb and sent it flying into a nearby bush. The force of her swing caused her to lose her balance and she fell backwards into the mud. "Moich" she thought. "Isn't this a fine predicament. One minute I am safe in my village and the next I'm in a strange wood and encountering even stranger creatures. And where on Krynn is Riverwind?" As she sat and pondered her fate, she heard what sounded like an exclamation coming from the bush where the barb had flown. Ready this time for a surprise encounter she got up and cautiously approached the bush, with her staff held like a club above her.

When the young barbarian woman moved toward the bush that Adonis was hiding behind, he slowly stood up. The dragon fear still tore at him, but he stood up without shaking . . . somehow. "Hello," Adonis said, "I am Adonis." He didn't want to seem threatening to the woman, who was obviously fearing another attack, for she held her staff poised liks a club. I just hope she proves to be peaceful . . . He thought.

Goldmoon jumped back in surprise as a young man stepped out from behind the bush. The stranger was wearing white robes and appeared to be a city dweller. ["Hello, I am Adonis" he said.[/b] Goldmoon felt a rush of relief to see another human and she lowered her staff, "I am Goldmoon of the Que Shu" she replied, and with a smile she extended her hand to the stranger.

Adonis extended his hand as well, accepting Goldmoon's handshake. "It is wonderful to see another human in this forest. All I've seen are trees for hours." He said with a warm smile, gazing up at the dragon only once more. "I came because I could hear the dragon nearly a mile away. What are you doing here, alone, with a dragon?" He didn't want to seem too suspicious, but it was thought that the dragons were gone for good; abandoning Krynn. The young man was only curious.

"I came because I could hear the dragon nearly a mile away. What are you doing here, alone, with a dragon?" The stranger asked. Goldmoon gave a weak smile, she had been wondering the same thing, how did she end up all alone with a dragon? "My traveling companion and I ended up here by accident so we decided to split up and scout for familiar landmarks. I encountered the dragon purely by accident I assure you." she replied with a wary glance over her shoulder at the dragon lying in the clearing. Goldmoon liked the stranger, he had an aura of peace surrounding him. She made a quick decision. "We should probably get as far away as possible before the great beast awakens."

"Yes, exactly what I was thinking," said Adonis, his smile remaining. There was no sensible reason for sticking around when a dragon was liable to awaken and blast them both to bits, but Adonis had to admit he was being a bit pessimistic. He turned around and headed back out of the clearing, hoping the woman would follow. He wanted to learn where she was going, in case she needed any help finding her way through the forest. "Where are you headed?" Adonis asked kindly.

"Where are you headed?" Goldmoon followed the stranger out of the clearing, glad that she was no longer alone in this foreign wood. "I'm not sure. I didn't exactly mean to come here and now I'm not sure where to go. I recently acquired this staff and it is rumored to have a connection to the old gods. I would like to find out more about it before I do anything else." Goldmoon replied. "Do you know where the nearest town is?" she asked.

(( sry i haven't been on in a while i got a virus , and if i may ask what happened to the Plant-Dragon? ill just geuss that it ran away for sum reason )) Tridok groaned, he started to open his eyes and found another human. He turned back into his Elf Form very slowly so the humans wouldn't notice. When he was looking at the woman he noticed the staff she held. It was vaguely familiar. Then he remembered from Reading an ancient book of Mishakal. He ran towords them in curiosity of the staff.Tridok couldn't believe it. He stopped a few inches from the staff in awe. Tridok completely forgot about the humans. He exclaimed " It can't be, I thought i would never see something like this" while gazing at the staff.

ooc: Oh yeah, the plant dragon must have run away when it saw the humans As Goldmoon followed Adonis out of the clearing she heard footsteps approaching from behind. She turned around and saw the elf mage that had been standing in the clearing before the dragon had appeared. As he approached his eyes were on Goldmoon's staff and when he spoke it was more to himself than to the two strangers. It can't be, I thought i would never see something like this"."Excuse me" replied Goldmoon, "see something like what? Do you recognize this staff?" Goldmoon said eagerly, hoping that she would finally get some answers about the origin of the staff.
